These Terms govern your access to and use of Go-ZiK, operated by SAB MUSIC DEALER (“Go-ZiK”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Accounts

You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). Keep credentials confidential and notify us of any breach.

2) Content & Licenses

You retain ownership of music, artwork and materials you upload (“User Content”). You grant Go-ZiK a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, transmit, display and otherwise use User Content to operate and promote the service (discovery features, playlists, charts, editorial). For sync submissions, you authorize sharing of your material/metadata with potential licensees (music supervisors, producers, brands, broadcasters) for evaluation and possible placement.

3) Your Responsibilities

• You have necessary rights/permissions to upload and distribute the User Content.
• No illegal/defamatory/infringing/harmful content; no malware, scraping, or spam.
• Follow our community and submission rules where applicable.

4) Payments

Paid features (subscriptions, submission fees) are billed via payment providers under their terms. Taxes may apply. Unless stated, fees are non-refundable. Revenues from sync follow deal terms you accept at that time.

5) Third-Party Links

We may link to third-party services (e.g., YouTube, DSPs). We’re not responsible for their content or policies.

6) Intellectual Property & Takedowns

We respect IP rights. Report claims to legal@go-zik.com with links, proof of ownership, and your contacts. We may remove content and/or suspend accounts.

7) Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend/terminate access for violations or security/legal reasons. Necessary clauses (e.g., operational copies, liability limits) may survive termination.

8) Disclaimers

Service provided “as is,” without warranties. We do not guarantee placements, exposure, or revenue.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go-ZiK and SAB MUSIC DEALER are not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages or lost data/revenue/profits arising from use of the service.

10) Governing Law

Laws of France apply. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Marseille, France, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
