Account & Profile: name/alias, email, password (hashed), country, role (artist, label, A&R, fan).
Content: tracks, stems, artwork, bios, links and metadata you submit.
Usage & Device: pages visited, searches, clicks, IP, approximate location, device/browser; via logs & cookies.
Payments: billing data and tokens handled by payment providers (we don’t store full card numbers).
Communications: support messages, newsletter preferences, sync submissions.

2) How We Use Data

Provide and improve streaming, discovery, analytics, and sync-opportunity features.
Personalize recommendations, charts, and discovery modules.
Process payments, subscriptions, and invoices.
Communicate about updates, opportunities, and support.
Prevent fraud, secure accounts, and comply with legal duties.

4) Sharing

With service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, email). With industry partners when you submit for sync or opt-in discovery. Only what’s necessary, with safeguards. Disclosures as required by law.

We keep data while your account is active. Post-deletion, we retain what’s required (e.g., invoices) then delete or anonymize.
